The article presents the results of sociological monitoring conducted by method questioning in Saratov 2022. According to probabilistic quota sample, 480 people from 18 30 years old were interviewed. selection criteria are gender and age. processed SPSS program. study showed that youth mainly distinguished paternalistic moods employment, but, depending on gender, age marital status, they have significant differences their orientations problems. So factor is manifested fact young men more active regional labor market. However, likely face problem low wages with large amount work. Describing level difficulty finding a job, most girls noted it very difficult due lack experience. They would like get help employment educational institutions, but reality, when looking for often resort government agencies. Not less important factor. Under its impact, under 24 than elders remained committed place work, combining improving education job specialty. focused individual achievements, reflected size salaries. Problems common among residents mature youth. For them, problematic thing main find flexible work schedule. 25–30 year olds characterized increased mobility demanding Mature care about realization inner potential social recognition others. stated high complexity employment. older faced problems wages, experience often. Only registered at exchange, waiting assistance university. Marital status also affects patterns people. It contributes stable attitude Those who live without marriage registration, as well non-family people, do not 6 times concerned earnings independence Single unmarried others look aimed career growth.
